Full Search – Informational property report with custom taylored timeframe including:

  • current vesting deed
  • deed chain history can be requested going from 10-60 years back

  • all open involuntary liens including tax liens, mechanic liens, etc.
  • judgments
  • county property tax information

Update Search – Extension of any search from the previous search’s effective date to
present, including:

  • voluntary and involuntary liens recorded after effective date provided

Deed Search – Copy of current vesting deed of record for subject property with typed

  • execution date
